Registration Procedure

[1] To register, click "ID Application" button.
Then fill in the appropriate information to obtain your ID and password.

[2] To log into "MY Page" ,enter your ID and password.


2.My Page

After completion of the registration process, "My Page" will be created.

[1] To register for the Meeting.

[2] To register for the Accommodation.


3.Payment

After completing the registration, a "Full Payment" button will appear on "My Page" .
By pressing the "Full Payment" button, a credit card payment page will then appear.
Follow the procedures to make a payment.

4.Confirmation Sheets

After the payment is confirmed, a "Confirmation" button will appear.
A Registration Confirmation PDF will appear by clicking the "Confirmation" button.

[2] Confirmation sheet of Accommodation


Print and bring the confirmation sheet(s) to the "Pre-Registration Desk" at the venue.
