EARLY / PRE-REGISTRATION ended on June 30, 2010 (Japan Standard Time)
LATE / PRE- REGISTRATION fee is now applied until September 30, 2010
SFEMG/QEMG2010 will be jointly held with ICCN2010 (29th International Congress of Clinical Neurophysiology). If one attend both SFEMG/QEMG2010 and ICCN2010, the registration fee of SFEMG/QEMG2010 is discounted 5000 JPY.

The online registration system is now available from October 15, 2009.
(Please note that, after July 1, 2010 (JST), all registrations will be processed under the late pre-registration fee.)

1) All students/trainees must provide their ID as proof of their status. (When registering online, a copy of the ID must be sent via facsimile or e-mail to the ICCN2010 Secretariat.)
2) Accompanying Persons refer to: spouses, family members and non-professional friends. Accompanying Persons may not participate in the Scientific Program.

Registration Procedure
Register and get a user ID and password. You need to obtain ID and password only once.
The same ID and password can be used for Registration and Hotel accommodation.
Registration and Accommodations are run on and accepted through the same system.
Therefore to prevent possible system errors, do not open two windows at the same time and try to do registration and accommodation procedures respectively. Please process one at a time.

Payment will be accepted by credit card only.

Confirmation
Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your online registration information and payment
The Confirmation sheet will be displayed on "My Page" when you complete your registration. Please print it out and bring it with you to the Registration Desk.
*NOTE: Confirmation sheet can be printed as many times as you want at anytime from "My Page".
Cancellations
*In case a cancellation is made until September 30, 2009, registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee of JPY 10,000.
*Please note all refunds will be made after completion of the Congress.
*Please revise and/or cancel your registration by logging-in to "My Page".

PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
A valid passport is required for entry into Japan. The Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your home country will be able to provide specific details about any entry visa requirements and applications.
Depending on the country, visa applications can take up to three to four months to be processed. It is therefore recommended that participants contact their local Japanese Consular Offices to determine whether or not a visa is required.
